Reporting something on the forum
The fastest route is the flag button on any post — it reaches every moderator at once. Use it in preference to email.
For anything a flag cannot cover — a legal complaint, a privacy request, or a report about a moderator — write to complaints@ukjp.org.uk.
Defamation notices
If you believe a post on the forum is defamatory, write to complaints@ukjp.org.uk identifying the post by URL, quoting the specific words you say are untrue, and explaining why. We operate the notice-and-takedown procedure under section 5 of the Defamation Act 2013. A specific complaint can be acted on; a general objection cannot.

To request a copy of your data, its correction, or its deletion, write to privacy@ukjp.org.uk. See the privacy notice for what we hold and why.
